Borovets, Bulgaria

Borovets is the oldest winter resort in Bulgaria, the history of the city dates back to 1896. Located in the eastern part of Rila mountain, altitude 1345 m. The resort is suitable for your winter vacation, offers all facilities for recreation, sport and tourism. Has 17 well-maintained ski runs. Winters are mild, and ski season lasts from mid-December to April. The resort offers visitors opportunities for eco-tourism, hunting and fishing. Borovets is a great place for hiking and recreation in all seasons.
