The resort is situated at the foot of the northern slopes of The Rila Mountain. Surrounded by pine forests and beautiful landscapes, Villa Park is located in a quiet place, while being in close distance to the longest ski lift in the resort, leading to mostly ski and snowboard slopes, and to various attractions in the resort as well as shops, restaurants and bars. Accomodation
Villa Park has 92 fully furnished and stylishly decorated studios and apartments. We aim to make our guests stay special, optimally relaxing and comfortable. The furnishing is up to international standards and includes high quality bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchenettes, satellite TV, etc. All apartments have large balcony with a breathtaking view to pine forests.

Restaurant Villa Park is an ideal spot to enjoy tastefully cuisine, excellent wine selection, and attentive service. The restaurant offers contemporary Bulgarian or International cuisine. Enjoy the delicious temptations and specialties, offered from the Chef in an elegant and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant has a great capacity of 120 seats, suitable for parties and events.Discover the warm atmosphere of the Lobby bar in Villa Park with a nice inside garden view. Kids Area
Children's playground will delight children and their parents. It is fully equipped and offers everything to entertain the youngest guests of the hotel. In pre-stated desire qualified stuff may take care of kids while parents completely enjoy their mountain vacation.Different kindergartens are available in the resort. Some of them are for children, aged from 1 to 4 years, and they work every day from 08:00 to 17:00. Ski kindergartens, practicing in the lower parts of slopes, are also available for children from 4 to 7 years.Please ask at the reception and we will advise you on the most appropriate options for your child.
