Yastrebets Hotel Wellness & SPA is a first class year-round hotel, in the worm grip of the ancient pine forest of Rila mountain overlooking Borovets, just an hour away from Sofia. Here the pine trees are high and green, the sky – transparently blue, and the perfect silence sinks in your every sense.

The hotel is located at 1600 meters’ altitude, where the combination of purely fresh air, aroma of the pine trees and the colors of the blue sky and the green forest, inevitably the spirit and the body of our guests.
Borovets is the oldest and one of the largest Bulgarian ski resorts. Judging by the lengths and the capacity of the sky tracks and the equipment, which makes it the perfect place for winter sports and a relaxing holiday. The resort is a starting point for some of the most interesting tourist routes in Rila mountain.
Yastrebets Wellness & SPA has 34 cozy rooms, 7 spacious apartments and 15 Finish villas, which hide in the large private park – Yastrebets Park & Forest. We provide for our guests an exclusive SPA center with a sunny beach, 15-meter swimming pool, cozy thermal zone, various treatments and gym. The restaurant and the terrace of the hotel have an amazing mountain view. We can provide the businesses for corporate events and presentations with 4 conference rooms with chair and table arrangement according to the event.

If you prefer an active summer holiday in the mountains, Yastrebets offers a variety of opportunities: hiking in the mountains, archery, yoga, tennis court, soccer field, basketball, badminton, bicycles, table tennis, gym.
Sheltered by the dense green shadows of the park, the Finnish houses of the hotel, take you to a Scandinavian fairytale. Each villa has a warm interior, two bedrooms and a large terrace.
Yastrebets Park & Forest is the private park of the hotel, which occupies as area of 50 acers. In it you could enjoy a long walk surrounded by the forest, to ride a bike on the specially made trails, or just to train on the specially made equipment. Fabulous pieces of wood, including the chapel compliment with extra charm to your walk in the park.
A playground with many attractions and facilities is located in the hotel’s garden. During the winter season we provide the children with an indoor playground.

That is exactly why we pay extra attention and take care for its preservation and started a series of green initiatives, keeping in mind that even the smallest thing makes a difference.
We introduced energy-saving bulbs alley and interior lighting
We have invested in installing sensors for automatic lighting thanks to which we reduce the energy costs by 11%

We minimized the use of cleaning detergent in the rooms and the common areas, as well as the hotel laundry
