It is only 1 km away from the centre of the sunniest ski resort in Bulgaria Pamporovo and only 3 km away from the ski centres. It is hidden amidst the Rhodope’s wild nature in a beautiful forest to ensure a private and relaxed holiday.

The Villa is owned by the company managing the ski infrastructure in the resort Pamporovo PLC and provides VIP private service.

It is nestled in the mountains and evergreen pine forests in Pamporovo, bearing the charm of the mountains and the mysterious magic of nature. Villa Arfa is a synonym of luxury, intimacy and prestige. Bearing the image of the former residence of the state greats from the past, today the villa designs the message of perspective and modern future and while keeping the class to meet every traveller as a special guest.
After the renovation of the former residence Villa Arfa opens in its glamour in 2008 as a boutique villa. The building has 12 unites including 9 suites and 3 rooms, a restaurant with a fireplace, a cozy lobby bar, charming winter garden, SPA center with summer terrace, two conference rooms, reception, barbecue, ski storage room, garage and a small outdoor parking, security guard and barrier control for visitors.

Villa Arfa brings the charm and fascination of ideological inspiration of architect Irena Derlipanska which is knit in the interior design of the house "smart" luxury and modern style, while creating a sense of coziness and hospitality. The sophisticated atmosphere is complemented by works of famous Bulgarian artists such as George Pirindzhiev and others that adorn the lobbies of the house and create a feeling of sophistication like in a gallery of art and sculptural masterpieces

Deluxe five-star Residence ARFA is a six storey building with 9 luxurious apartments and 3 single
bedrooms. There are three type of apartments – the Green, Red and Beige ones. All rooms are luxury equipped with Italian furniture and all devices needed for a five star standards.
In the main restaurant guests are welcomed to enjoy the beautiful winter or summer garden depending on
the season and the lobby bar, where they can feel the combination of comfort, chic and luxurious atmosphere.
Chefs are satisfying all your tastes offering European and National cuisine or a BBQ at the restaurant. There are also two conference halls consisting of 24 and 8 seats, fully equipped with all needed supplies for business meetings. Residence Villa Arfa can fulfil your holiday dreams!
The modern SPA centre offers to its guests a variety of spa procedures and massages, indoor pool with
hot water minimum 30 degrees (with depth varying 1,40-1,60 m), sauna, fitness, steam bath and Jacuzzi.
The whole Spa centre is decorated with pearl tiles and new generation fitness gym.
