Hotel Kotva is located in the southern part of Sunny Beach, 250 meters from the beach and 800 meters from the town of Nessebar.
Accommodation: The hotel consists of two buildings connected by a common reception with spacious lounge . There are 4 floors and elevators in each wing . It has 321 double rooms and 150 apartments . The apartments consist of two rooms, living room and bedroom with connecting door. Each room is equipped with bathroom with shower, balcony, telephone , TV, satellite TV and a minibar / consumption is reward / .
Baby cot is available upon reservation fee of 5 lev per day .
Double room for 2 +1 : Approx 23 m2 The hotel has 321 double rooms overlooking the garden or the sea. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
Apartment 2 +2 : Approximate area of 32 m2 The hotel has 150 apartments with separate door between the living room and bedroom. Maximum occupancy 3 adults and 1 child.

The guests : The hotel has a large restaurant and attractive a la carte restaurant , lobby bar , pool bar, internet cafe, souvenir shop, mini supermarket , doctor, safe deposit / fee / currency exchange, parking.
Sport and entertainment: the hotel courtyards are good for relaxation and entertainment . Three outdoor pools are available to guests / one with a mini Olympic size and the other two are a type of mini aqua park / . Pools are different levels of depth, suitable for all ages. There is a large sun terrace with sun beds and umbrellas are free for hotel guests. The hotel offers a game room with pool tables , arcade games and table tennis and a well -equipped gym , steam bath, sauna, massage.
