Chernomorets is located 24 kilometers southeast of the town. Burgas on the southern coast of the large Bourgas bay. The village has a superb location in a kind of hollow near the shore of a small bay by the sea. Little Bay, which in old times the Greeks called "Agios Nikolas" (St. Nicholas), has the shape of a horseshoe with its opening facing north.
