Jezera is a town and a port on the north-east side of the island of Murter, connected to the Adriatic tourist road through the town of Tisno. It is the smallest town on Murter which was named after large ponds caused by rains during autumn and winter, which creates an impression of a real lake. “Lakes” disappear with the first rays of the spring sun. The place is located in the eponymous cove protected from the winds and waves.
