Primošten is a town in Croatia, and a part of the Šibenik-Knin County. It is situated in the south, between the cities of Šibenik and Trogir, on the Adriatic coast. 97.03% of the citizens are Croats.
Primosten is especially famous for its extensive and picturesque vineyards (manufactured famous red wine "Babic"). In 2005 the Government of Croatia has made in the vineyards of Primošten candidates for entry in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Site.
